Have you ordered a wrong size, then exchange it for a better one!

When you want to exchange an item, you can easily place a new order with the correct item. The item you want to exchange will be returned according to our regular return procedure. Or you can contact us via 

with your order number and the product, the color and the size you would wanna receive. 


We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Jaanuu items within 14 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a return for Gift Wrapping or Final Sale items.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the costs, consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.
